ZDP drawing package is a safe, efficient, and affordable way of answering project-specific questions and concerns , so you are well-informed without committing too much financially. These affordable ZDP Drawings (non building permit drawings) will let you know:
ZONING - Does my design meet Zoning By-Law requirements? if not what needs to be done to meet these requirements? do I need to adjust my design expectations ? what is a committee of adjustments ? what is a conservation authority permit | approval ?
